Fitness for Mothers programs are designed to help you through the process of parenting from preconception to teen parenting, “empty-nest” syndrome and grand-parenting.

Coping with your lifestyle after bringing a new child into your life is a challenge, and many times your body will be neglected in the process no matter which way you have welcomed your child. Anna designs programs for both birth and adoptive mothers to help them to deal with stress, insomnia, low back pain and other issues.

We offer special care for loss and grieving.
