“My workout program consists of exercises based on the classical ballet technique, organized in such a manner as to provide a fun, functional, exciting, and productive curriculum. You will reshape, tone, and strengthen your body as well as define muscles, stabilize your core, and improve flexibility. Through working with this challenging and refreshing array of movement, you will change your body physically and gain unbreakable confidence, a heightened sense of body awareness, and grace and poise that you will carry through day to day.
