Anna studied yoga in Russia, the US and Thailand. She incorporates Ashtanga and Anusara yoga postures and principles into her flexibility routines. Anna finds yoga especially beneficial for the following conditions:

Anna accomplished Core Pilates Reebok Training in 2003 and ever since her program integrates Pilates moves. Working with a celebrity singer Anna developed Pilates for Singers program, designing a series of strengthening moves for abdominal muscles without compromising voice. Pilates is indispensable in lower back pain management.
